These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and PBC888 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of all services, games, and features available at pbc888.cam, including but not limited to live casino, sports betting, slots, instant games, and any associated mobile or desktop interfaces.

The following defined terms are used throughout these Terms and Conditions:

To register and maintain an active Account on PBC888, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. PBC888 enforces a strict minimum age requirement consistent with internationally licensed casino platforms operating in markets where 21+ is the applicable standard.
• You must be acting as a natural person in your own name and for your own account. Registration on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, or contractor of PBC888, or a close relative of any such individual.
• You must not have a prior Account that was suspended, closed, or terminated by PBC888 for breach of these Terms.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You confirm that you are not using the platform from any jurisdiction in which doing so is expressly prohibited by applicable law.

Each Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active Account on PBC888 at any time. The creation of multiple or duplicate accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent Account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.

PBC888 supports a range of Malaysian-localised payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and cryptocurrency options including BTC and USDT. All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.

PBC888 offers a range of promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, and referral incentives. All promotions are subject to specific terms which will be stated in full on the relevant promotion page. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be satisfied in full before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements range from x10 to x30 depending on the promotion. The specific multiplier for each promotion is always displayed prominently.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: When using active Bonus Funds, the maximum permitted single bet or spin is RM 250, unless a higher limit is specified in the promotion terms. Bets placed in excess of this limit during active bonus play may result in voiding of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Game Contribution Rates: Different game categories contribute at different rates to wagering requirements. Slots generally contribute 100%. Table games (including baccarat, blackjack, roulette) contribute 10–20%. Sports bets contribute at rates dependent on the odds and market type. • Bonus Expiry: All bonuses expire within the period stated in the specific promotion terms, typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of credit. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Each Player is entitled to claim each promotion only once per household, IP address, device, and payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus Abuse: PBC888 employs detection systems for bonus abuse, including arbitrage betting, exploitation of software errors, or any systematic wagering strategy designed to circumvent wagering requirements. Where abuse is identified, PBC888 reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings and close the relevant Account without notice.

All bets and wagers placed on PBC888 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the game, sport, or market being played. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the relevant rules before placing any wager.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on PBC888 and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or using another person's Account credentials.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any other account process.
• Using any form of automated software, bot, script, exploit, or artificial intelligence tool to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or circumvent platform security.
• Colluding with other players, agents, or third parties in a manner designed to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in live poker, live casino, or multiplayer game formats.
• Engaging in money laundering or using PBC888 to process funds derived from illegal activities.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or undocumented features for financial gain. Any such winnings will be voided.
• Using VPN, proxy, or similar IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or account verification requirements.
• Placing bets or wagers using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment methods.
• Harassment, threatening behaviour, or abusive communication directed at PBC888 staff or other players via any channel.

PBC888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we reasonably determine that:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected to have occurred.
• The Player has provided false, inaccurate, or fraudulent registration or verification information.
• Unusual or suspicious account activity has been detected that warrants investigation.
• A Player has self-excluded or requested account closure under our Responsible Gambling tools.
• The Player is or has become ineligible to hold an Account under section 3 of these Terms.
• PBC888 is required to do so by law, court order, or regulatory direction.

Players may also voluntarily request Account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure of an Account with a positive real-money balance (after satisfaction of all applicable wagering requirements), the remaining balance will be refunded to the Player's verified payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing timelines.

All content on the PBC888 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, graphics, artwork, logos, trademarks, text, game assets, and the "PBC888" brand name — is the proprietary intellectual property of PBC888 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for its intended purposes of personal entertainment and wagering. This licence does not include the right to copy, modify, redistribute, sell, sub-license, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any element of the platform or its content, in whole or in part, without our express prior written consent.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit regarding the platform may be freely used by PBC888 without obligation of compensation or attribution to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PBC888 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Gambling losses incurred through use of PBC888 services, whether resulting from game outcomes, odds movements, or any other cause.
• Technical failures, interruptions, or errors in platform availability, including server downtime, maintenance windows, or network disruptions.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• Any reliance placed on information or content displayed on the platform that proves to be inaccurate due to data feed errors or manifest mistakes.
• Any delay in processing of deposits or withdrawals due to third-party payment processor issues, Malaysian banking system schedules, or regulatory holds.

PBC888's total cumulative liability to any individual Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12-month period preceding the claim, regardless of the nature or basis of the claim.

PBC888 is committed to maintaining a responsible gambling environment and takes its duty of care to players seriously. We require all players to engage with our services for entertainment purposes and to exercise control over their gambling activity at all times.

The following tools are available to all registered PBC888 players directly from the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once set, limits take effect immediately and may only be reduced immediately or increased after a 7-day cooling-off period.
